Hallberg-Rassy Connectie in action overseas

HRC news

A nice message of the Seaquest:

The Hallberg-Rassy Connectie is even overseas at the other side of the Atlantic ocean effective. This fact is based on our contact with Dave and Sally the owners of Allure (HR 46). They live in Pocasset (Cape Cod) and own a mooring near the entrance of  Cape Cod channel which we friendly may use. They gave us a very friendly welcome and invited us for dinner the first evening in their beautiful house with a view on the bay with our boat on the mooring. Dave also advised us where to get diesel, what the best way is to visit Boston, what to do on Cape Cod and he helped us to get a rental car. We also invited them for dinner on the SeaQuest one night. A great and valuable contact that would not have existed without the Hallberg-Rassy Connectie. Dave and Sally have plans to sail in North Europe in 2020/2021 with their boat Allure. We hope to meet them again in Europe!

  1. We also had a very interesting and enjoyable visit from Toine, Mira, Eline and Marinthe on SeaQuest (HR48) en route back home.
